If you make a team, you will need:

-$60 cash or check made out to VDEF

Equipment Needed: (can be found at Sport Chalet/Dicks/www.longstreth.com)
-Women’s Lacrosse Goggles
-Mouthguard
-Stick - one can be provided!
GAME SCHEDULE

Athletes will be responsible for transportation to games, no bus provided

All Practices are at Woodland Park Middle School
SEPTEMBER PRACTICES: Tues / Thurs 2:45 - 4:15
OCTOBER PRACTICES: Wed 1:45-3:00 Fri 2:45 - 4:00 (No practice 10/15)
NOVEMBER PRACTICES: Tues / Thurs 2:45 - 4:00
We would love for the girls to make as many practices as possible, however, we are aware that many girls are involved in multiple activities. Please let us know in advance if your daughter will not be able to make a practice or game.
